We also encourage you to consider a truly unique, custom proposal created just for the two of you.
It can be something personal — for example, recreating the atmosphere of where you first met in New York, adding Italian-inspired details because your partner's favorite country is Italy, creating a blue-themed setup because it’s their favorite color, or incorporating elements from your favorite movie — we can plan it all for you.
It’s completely up to you which direction you’d like to take.

We’ll provide a broad overview of what can be done within your budget and preferences.
This includes general ideas and possible locations, but detailed planning and venue availability checks happen after booking.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll sign an agreement and collect a non-refundable deposit to cover the planning process ($250 for our signature packages or 50% for custom events). This ensures your commitment and allows us to dedicate our time and resources to creating your special event.
Once you’ve chosen a location, the venue fee will be handled separately. The final payment for decor, setup, and execution will be due 7 days before the event date.
Once booked, we take care of everything — from securing the location to planning the perfect setup — so you can focus on the big moment.

We offer both partial planning — such as decor only — and full planning with vendor coordination, location rental, and other services. The final price will depend on what you’d like to include, the location, date, event duration, and any add-ons you choose, such as a professional photographer, videographer, musician, bouquet, and more.

Our proposals start at $650, depending on the setup, location, date, and the services you’d like to include.
A full package with planning, decor, and a professional photographer, starts at $1,000 (location rental is not included in that price).
Here are some ideas of typical location prices for your convenience:
• Park/beach permits, when required, starting at $150 (free options available)
• Rooftop rentals starting at $650
• Private venue rentals starting at $300
Once you share your ideas and preferences, we’ll prepare a custom quote that fits your vision and budget.
Our proposal packages include full planning, design, setup, and breakdown of your chosen decor. This covers flowers, candles, petals, props, and all styling elements that are part of the setup you select.
It also includes a proposal coordinator on site.
Any add-ons such as photography, videography, musicians, or custom floral arrangements are available for an additional fee.
Please note: venue fees, location rentals, or permits (if required) are not included. Depending on the location of the proposal, there may also be an additional travel fee.
Holiday dates or requests outside our working hours may also incur an extra charge.
Professional photography is not included by default, but you can add a professional photographer or videographer to any proposal. We work with trusted local professionals and can arrange this for you.
The location rental is not included in the price.
We can set up your proposal at the location of your choice — your home, hotel, or Airbnb. If you prefer an outdoor or private setting, we also offer a selection of beautiful private venues we work with, several beach spots, parks, and more.
Please note, most public beaches and parks in South Florida require a city permit and a fee. We do have a few locations that don’t require a permit, but not many. We are always transparent with you about your options, including any permits or location-related fees.
Please keep in mind that the location you choose will affect the total cost:
• Rooftop rentals typically start at $650
• Private venues start at $300
• Beach permits usually start at $150
We’ll gladly guide you through all available choices and help you find the perfect place for your special moment.

We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance so we can secure your date, prepare materials, and design everything perfectly.
For last-minute bookings, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
