If you’d like to keep things more budget-friendly, our rental options provide a beautiful starting point, giving you the flexibility to personalize and plan the rest of your event.
Ultimately, the direction you choose is entirely up to you — we’re here to support you every step of the way.
2. Submit an Inquiry
Fill out our inquiry form to share your vision and preferences.
3. We Get in Touch

4. Initial Proposal
We’ll provide an overview of what can be done within your budget and preferences.
Detailed planning and venue availability checks happen after booking.
5. Booking & Payments
If you decide to move forward, we’ll sign an agreement and collect a non-refundable retainer fee to cover the planning process (50% for signature packages or $500 for custom events as an initial design fee). This ensures your commitment and allows us to dedicate our time and resources to creating your special event.
The final payment for signature proposal packages is due 7 days before the event date.
The retainer fee is non-refundable, but if anything changes, you can reschedule your proposal within 60 days.
6. Planning & Execution
Once booked, we take care of everything — from securing the location to planning the perfect setup — so you can focus on the big moment.

This option does not include planning, coordination or full decor services. Location and all vendors are arranged by you.

Signature proposals
Perfect if you want a seamless, beautifully designed proposal with everything thoughtfully planned for you.
Choose from our pre-designed proposal setups and customize the details to make the experience feel personal and unique to your story.
Each package includes one of our trusted proposal photographers, carefully selected to capture this important moment beautifully and naturally.
You may choose your own location or select from our recommended spots.
Light planning and coordination are included to make sure every detail comes together smoothly, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the moment.

HEART ARCH Proposal
The heart arch is a proposal favorite for a reason.
We take this popular style and do it our way, with an elevated, luxurious look, fresh flowers, beautiful candles, and attention to every detail.
Choose from white, pink, or red, and we’ll create the rest of the setup to complement it beautifully.
Marquee Letters Proposal
Big glowing 3 ft letters are a beautiful way to make your proposal stand out.
Choose MARRY ME, your initials, or another short message. We’ll set everything up and make sure it works perfectly with the rest of your proposal.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF A PROPOSAL?
All of our proposals include day-of coordination, delivery, setup, and breakdown to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience. We work exclusively with our trusted photographers to ensure your special moment is beautifully captured.
Typical budget range for our pre-planned setups and locations is $1,500–$2,500.
Custom proposals typically range from $3,000 –$7,000 (including our planning & coordination fee).
If you’d like to keep things more budget-friendly, our rental options provide a beautiful starting point, giving you the flexibility to personalize and plan the rest of your event.

HOW DO I CHOOSE A LOCATION FOR MY PROPOSAL AND IS IT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The approach to location depends on the option you choose.
For fully custom proposals, we help you select and secure the perfect location based on your vision — from private venues to outdoor settings.
For signature proposals, you may choose your own location or select from our recommended spots.
For curated rentals, the location is arranged by you.
Please note that most public beaches and parks in South Florida require a city permit and a fee. We always clearly communicate any location-related requirements and costs in advance.
The location you choose will affect the total cost. As a general guide:
• Rooftop rentals typically start at $700
• Private venues start at $350
• Beach permits usually start at $150
We’ll guide you through the best options based on your selected package and vision.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier - the better!
We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance so we can secure your date, prepare materials, and design everything perfectly.
For last-minute bookings, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Can i customise my setup?
Absolutely!
You can choose any of our signature setups as they are, request custom changes, or let us design something completely unique just for your proposal. Colors, flowers, and layout can all be tailored to your preferences.
