    Budget and Vision Consultation

    We'll discuss your planning budget and your vision for the event, providing an overview of what can be accomplished within your budget.

    Secure Your Booking

    To officially book your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit This secures your date and allows us to begin the planning process.

    Event Design and Customization

    We'll work closely with you to design and customize the event, selecting themes, decor, and additional services (e.g., sparkle fountains, musicians, photography).

    Venue Selection

    If a venue is needed, we’ll help you choose the perfect one. Once we’ve decided on the venue, the venue fee must be transferred so we can book it. Please note that this payment may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the venue’s policy.

    Final Payment

    The remaining balance for your event must be paid 7 days before the event date. For bookings made less than 7 days before the event, full payment will be required upfront.

    Event Timeline and Final Details

    We'll create a detailed timeline and finalize all aspects of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    Execution Day

    On the day of your event, our team will handle the setup, coordination, and execution, allowing you to fully enjoy the moment stress-free.

    Post-Event Wrap-Up

    After the event, we’ll take care of the cleanup and ensure everything is taken down as agreed.

  • We are located in Fort Lauderdale and serve all of South Florida. Whether you’re in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, or anywhere in between, we’re here to make your love event unforgettable.

  • While we will make efforts to accommodate last-minute bookings, we kindly ask that you provide at least 7 days' notice.

    For the best experience, we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the availability of your preferred date and venue.

  • The price depends on the setup, location, duration of the event, and any additional services you choose, such as sparkle fountains, musicians, etc.

  • Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This allows us to start the planning process and guarantees that your date is reserved.

    All payments must be made in full 7 days before the event.

    For last-minute bookings, we kindly request full payment upfront.

  • Yes, booking the venue typically involves an additional cost, unless the event is held at your home or hotel room. Once we’ve selected a venue, you will need to transfer the payment to secure the booking. Please note that whether this payment is refundable will depend on the venue's policies.

  • Yes, additional fees may apply for events on major holidays due to increased demand and operational costs.

  • f inclement weather occurs, your event may be rescheduled within 60 days. If rescheduling is not possible due to travel plans, we will make every effort to accommodate you.  

    For outdoor events, if the weather on the day of your event does not cooperate, the event must be rescheduled. While not guaranteed, we have venues that often offer same-day or next-day availability to move your event indoors if needed. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with indoor venue relocation, as opposed to rescheduling.  

    Inclement weather includes but is not limited to:

    • A 20% or higher chance of rain the day of the event

    • Moderate to heavy rain

    • High winds exceeding 21 mph

    • Lightning, hail, snow, flooding

    • Tornado watch, hurricane watch, severe thunderstorm watch, or city-wide power outages due to weather

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate changes or rescheduling within our policies.

    Please note that venue fees may be non-refundable either.
