Deposit and Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the rental date.

For bookings within 7 days of the rental date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All payments are non-refundable unless the rental is canceled by Forever Lovies.

Cancellation Policy

The initial deposit is non-refundable, except if the rental is canceled by Forever Lovies.

If the client cancels the rental within 7 days of the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule the rental at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduling must occur within 60 days of the original rental date.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, your rental may be rescheduled within 60 days.

For outdoor events, if weather conditions are unfavorable on the day of the event, the rental must be rescheduled.

Inclement weather includes, but is not limited to:

- A 20% or higher chance of rain on the day of the event

- Moderate to heavy rain

- Winds exceeding 21 mph

- Lightning, flooding, tornado watch, hurricane watch, severe thunderstorm watch, or city-wide power outages caused by weather

Please note, our flower arches cannot be placed outdoors in the rain.

If any rented equipment is damaged during the client's rental period, the client will be responsible for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Liability and Responsibility

Forever Lovies is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the rental period. The client assumes full responsibility for the use of the rented arches and any related equipment.

Permits and Location Approval

It is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the use of the arch at the event location. If our equipment cannot be set up at the designated location due to the client’s failure to secure permits or any other issues related to the location (including being denied access or usage), the client will be responsible for the outcome. Additionally, the client will be responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal fees incurred as a result of not securing the proper permits or violating local regulations. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
