Our setups begin at $700+, with the final cost depending on the location, setup style, duration, and any extras you’d like to include—such as a photographer, videographer, musician, bouquet, champagne table, cold sparkles, and more.
Every detail is customizable, and we’ll guide you through the options to create something that feels personal, thoughtful, and just right for you.

We’ll provide a broad overview of what can be done within your budget and preferences.
This includes general ideas and possible locations, but detailed planning and venue availability checks happen after booking.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll sign an agreement, and you’ll pay a non-refundable deposit to cover the planning process (a $250 deposit for our signature proposal packages, or a $500 deposit for custom proposals).
This helps ensure your commitment and allows us to dedicate our time and resources to planning your special moment.
Once you choose a location, the venue fee will be paid separately.
The final payment for decorations, setup, and execution will be due 7 days before the proposal date.

Terms of Service
Last-Minute Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that if you make a last-minute booking, your choice of location will be limited. Additionally, for last-minute bookings, full payment will be required upfront.
Beach and Park Proposals
All events in parks, beaches, or public spaces require a permit from the respective park, beach, or city authorities. We cannot proceed without this permit, as we want to ensure your event goes smoothly without any risk of disruption. Additionally, conducting business on public property is not permitted without the necessary permits, and these permits come with associated costs for obtaining them.
To ensure we can secure the required permits and provide the best experience, we kindly ask that you make reservations at least 14 days in advance. While last-minute bookings are possible, please note that your location options may be limited.
Other Venues or At-Home Proposals
For other venues or at-home proposals, we request that reservations be made at least 7 days in advance. This ensures we have adequate time for planning and preparation.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific venue on your preferred date, so booking earlier gives you the best chance of securing your ideal location.
Deposit and Payment Policy
A $250 deposit is required to secure your booking for our signature proposal packages, or a $500 deposit for custom proposals. This deposit goes toward the planning process and is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Forever Lovies.
Once your location is selected, the location fee will be due to secure the venue.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
If your event is within 7 days, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Event Duration and Additional Fees
The standard duration for all proposals is 1 hour. If you'd like to extend this time, it can be arranged during booking.
Additional fees will apply if your event starts after 8 pm.
Additional fees may apply on major holidays.
Additional fees may also apply for proposals or events requiring travel outside of our standard service area. The exact fee will be communicated during the planning process, based on distance and location.
Inclement Weather Policy
If inclement weather occurs, your proposal may be rescheduled within 60 days. If rescheduling is not possible due to travel plans, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
For outdoor events, if the weather on the day of your event does not cooperate, the event must be rescheduled. While not guaranteed, we have venues that often offer same-day or next-day availability to move your event indoors if needed. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with indoor venue relocation, as opposed to rescheduling.
Inclement weather includes but is not limited to:
A 20% or higher chance of rain the day of the event
Moderate to heavy rain
High winds exceeding 21 mph
Lightning, flooding
Tornado watch, hurricane watch, severe thunderstorm watch, or city-wide power outages due to weather
Timeliness Policy
Punctuality is very important for your event. If you are more than 35 minutes late, the event may be canceled, and you will forfeit the payment without the ability to reschedule.
